I have a couple of posts in the works and should have them up soon. I'm just, you know, lazy. But here is a little something to tide you over.
She danced along to every number in the movie. Then we had to go back and re-watch all the fun ones. "I want more tappin'," she would tell us. Perhaps we should have named her Jean Kelly.

Guess What?
Pops and Lela are here!
They've been here for a week with another week to go. We didn't do much for the first few days -- I think everyone was pretty wiped out from preparing for a trip/preparing for company.
Pops has been teaching the Boogie how to ride her bike. She's doing really well. It's a good thing because she is just too heavy to push in the double stroller anymore -- I guess she'll have to ride when I walk.
We had a birthday "party" for both girls on Friday night with all the local family. There were so many of us we had to have it at 52. My Mamaw made them each a cowgirl outfit. They were ADORABLE. We got a cake from Costco which was totally lopsided ... but it still tasted delicious.
On Peabody's birthday Reenie came over with her fella. It was our first time to meet him and he held up bravely under our scrutiny and questioning. He was very nice and we enjoyed meeting him.
It was really nice to be with both of our moms for Mother's Day. MIL and FIL took us to our favorite Japanese restaurant for lunch -- we often go there on holidays because they aren't packed. This time, however, they were fairly busy and we waited for.ever for our food. Peabody attempted chopsticks and did a great job! Both girls did so well despite the long wait for food. Another patron told Eric and me how impressed he was with their behavior. That was really nice to hear. Praise the Lord for well-behaved kids during a restaurant meal.
Pops is preaching a revival at our church which has been really good! Tonight is the last night of it. Eric has a four-day weekend off of work, so we're going to do some sightseeing.
The bathroom is just about complete -- hopefully soon I'll have a post up with pictures!
